Partnership Leases.

Moray Estates Development Company is able to provide a limited number of special leases to provide houses which are in need of renovation. These renovations are carried out in conjunction with the Estate, but allows for a more flexible approach to the schedule of works and provides Tenants with an extended period of secure occupancy.

To proceed with a partnership property there must be an agreed understanding of the works necessary and of the demands placed upon both Tenant and Estate, but the results can be hugely rewarding.
